Superior Pools has started the renovation work on our pool. New coping stone and tiles are being installed on the pool. Work is expected to be complete by the first week of November.

On October 8, 2024, some of the Beautification Committee (John, David, Helen, Shelly and Chip) met with Chip from Arbortech to discuss spraying the community for Gypsy Moths. The Board and the Community would like to give a special THANK YOU to the Beautification Committee, as well as all of our volunteers in our other committees. Your willingness to give your time is greatly appreciated. Even helping out with the smallest tasks can make a real difference to our community.

The freezing weather is soon upon us and it’s that time of the year to remind you to detach your rear garden hose when temperatures get below freezing. First, turn off the shut-off value under your master bedroom sink. Then, you need to remove the hose from your spigot and leave the spigot in the on position. Once the above steps are completed, no water should be coming out of the spigot.
